Our owners are licensed health care professionals deeply involved in daily life at the home. Our Experience 20+ years as a physical therapist gives us deep expertise caring for seniors at every level of need. 15+ years as a caregiver and manager shapes how we create an environment that feels like home. We are present every day —families meet and talk directly with the owners who will be responsible for their loved one's care. Desert Bloom Care Homes provides three distinct levels of care, reviewed with families before move-in and as needs change. Supervisory Care Daily awareness with general supervision Assistance in emergencies and with medication self-administration Best for residents who are mostly independent but not safe alone Personal Care Hands-on support for daily living—bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility Medication assistance and coordination with nursing as needed For those who direct their care but need steady assistance Directed Care Enhanced supervision for those unable to express or recognize care needs Structured environment designed around safety and anticipation For those whose well-being relies fully on caregivers We do not offer skilled nursing or adult day health services, but will help find the right setting if care needs change.
